These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Financial Coach mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the App.
1. The App's Purpose
The "Financial Coach" App is designed to provide users with motivational and educational financial quotes and statements, intended to inspire and encourage a change in financial thinking. The App offers both free and premium content.
2. No Financial Advice
The content provided in the "Financial Coach" App, including all quotes, statements, and explanations, is for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. We are not financial advisors, and the App does not provide personalized financial recommendations or advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any quote, statement, or explanation in real-life financial situations.
You should consult with a qualified financial professional or advisor before making any financial decisions. Your reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the information presented in the App.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers premium content through both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

Payment Processing: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing (for Android devices) and Apple In-App Purchases (for iOS devices). We do not collect or store your payment information. Your purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew according to the terms of your chosen subscription plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play Store and Apple App Store, respectively, and are subject to their refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
App Content: The App, its original content (excluding publicly sourced quotes), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the App's developer and its licensors.
Quotes and Explanations:
Some quotes included in the App may be sourced from public domain works. We do not claim ownership over such quotes.
The selection, compilation, arrangement, and presentation of all quotes within the App, along with any original quotes and the AI-generated explanations, are our intellectual property.
Restrictions on Use: You acknowledge and agree that the content within the App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App, including quotes, themes, or AI-generated explanations, for any commercial purpose or without our express prior written permission. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
Permitted Use: You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment and inspiration, in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:
Use the App in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or interfere with the App's servers, networks, or underlying code.
Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functionality of the App or its associated services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the App.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE APP. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP’S DEVELOPER, NOR ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App’s developer and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the App, or b) a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.Any changes will be posted within the App or on its listing page.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
